Jupiter was so named because of the way the acrylic swipe that I did turned out. (Details of that technique and a video demo are on the Venus page). The paintwork reminds me of the clouds of Jupiter and the red spot at the bottom meant that it just had to be Jupiter.

This guitar is by far the most technologically advanced that I have. It’s a custom model based on the Ibanez JS series, but I heavily modified the body to include all manner of gizmos including an LCD display, an Arduino and a Ghost hexaphonic system. The guitar doesn’t even have the standard 1/4″ output jack, it’s got a 13 pin output instead.
